Ideal for seasoning and enhancing Mediterranean cuisine. Our olives are hand-harvested and immediately taken to the oil mill, where cold-pressing imparts the product’s unique characteristics. An oil with a colour profile from intense green to golden yellow. On the nose, it presents characteristic aromas of cut grass and apple, carries the fruity aroma through to the palate, and gives way to a pleasant, peppery finish. While it is perfect for seasoning and preparing a wide ranges of dishes, it is best enjoyed raw to preserve its nutritional qualities and flavour profile, and bring out the essence of traditional recipes.
